There are so many entrepreneurs that are really a beginner in the business world. They jump into business world without sufficient knowledge. Well, there is no other choice than failing or step back. Rather than gambling, some people choose to hold until they have the proper knowledge and start from the very bottom in order to get more experiences.

Well, if you ask me, doing something in the business world is totally like playing a game. The most important thing you need to remember is, whenever there is a demand and you success to fulfill it, wealth will always come to you. Well, like in every business book, the customer is the king. However, you can’t always follow the king desire, right? Yeah, this is where your management skill tested. The question is how to make your customer still buy something from you even though if the thing they desire isn’t available in our place.

Yeah, in management world all you need to do is doing the management tricks. You can show the other advantage of your store or maybe you can offer them the substitute goods to them. Well, there are so many tricks you can do to attract your customer desire. You can offer some discount or bonuses, you also can offer a good service to them.

Persuade Them and Take Their Heart

The Economic lesson also uses some psychology lesson in order to know what affect human attention and desire to buy something. Well, we know human psychology affecting human behavior. Do you ever questioning why people choose one specific store even if there are another similar store around them? Well, in management lesson it can be explained maybe they are doing some persuasion tips. Yeah, that store giving them good services or giving a good offer to them and that becomes the reason why they come back to that store even if there are a thousand stores similar to them. Well, as you know once that store can take their costumer’s heart, the price doesn’t matter anymore.

However, taking someone heart isn’t as easy as you think. You need to do some good promotion and always giving the best quality goods in your store. Because once someone disappointing to something, it’s hard to change the perspective about that store in someone mind. Well, all I can say is the price isn’t matter once you fulfill some factors like place, services, product quality, and good human resource.
